Hi! I‘m Marco Mesen, a Software Engineer and Tech Enthusiast.

From the moment I wrote my first lines of code, I realized I could create anything I imagined. That feeling of limitless possibilities still drives me today. As a Full-Stack Developer, I thrive on building software that makes a real impact on people's lives. I believe that great software isn't just about writing code—it's about solving problems, understanding users, and crafting solutions that truly matter. That's why I invest time thinking and planning before jumping into development, ensuring that every project I work on is meaningful and efficient

Currently, I work at an AI-driven health tech company, contributing to innovative solutions, even though I'm not directly in the AI space. Beyond my role, I'm always pushing myself to grow as a leader. With strong communication and leadership skills, I'm on the path to becoming a Tech Lead, guiding teams to build high-quality software. At the same time, I founded Novum, a development agency where we create custom software tailored to user's needs. Now, I'm embarking on a new challenge: Triicko, a project that combines AI to help people find properties in Costa Rica more efficiently.

When I'm not coding, I find balance in running and gaming. Running is more than just exercise—it's a personal challenge, a moment to clear my mind, and a way to push myself beyond my limits. Every run is a battle against my own doubts, convincing myself that I can do better. Gaming, on the other hand, is my way of unwinding—just having fun with friends, enjoying teamwork, and taking a break from reality.

Above everything, I'm incredibly grateful for my beautiful family. They are my biggest source of motivation and inspiration. As a father of two amazing children, I strive to build not just great software but also a life full of purpose, growth, and meaningful moments, but the best part is knowing that everything I do is for a brighter future for my family and the people around me.
